Continuum's software product, Optioneer, uses a combination of both powerful AI and multiple data sources to generate a broad range of design options for all types of linear infrastructure projects; a process that previously might have taken engineering teams weeks or months. This product has become particularly crucial as tackling decarbonisation and the transition to net zero means radically updating our vast global network of energy infrastructure at speed.

The company already has a strong presence in the UK along with a growing pipeline of signed customers across different infrastructure verticals in Europe.

Avonmore invested into the £1.5m seed round in 2020 alongside Credo Ventures, Playfair Capital and Techstart Ventures and then again in 2022. Continuum raised a $10m Series A in 2023 led by Singular VC.
